As part of the conduct of online class, I am posting here the scripted lecture on Thevenin's theorem which is part of your PY1543 course, namely, Electronics. In this paper, unit 1 is about circuit analysis. Out of the three theorems mentioned in the syllabus (2018 revision CBCSS S5 Physics, Kerala University) for complex circuit analysis theorems; viz, Thevenin's theorem, Norten's theorem and Maximum power transfer theorem, Mainly in this session, I will focus on Thevenin's theorem.
à´¸ാà´§ാരണയാà´¯ി simple linear electronic circuits à´ªOà´¨ à´µിà´§േയമാà´•്à´•ുà´¨്നത് Ohm's law ഉപയോà´—ിà´š്à´šാà´£് ! à´Žà´¨്à´¨ാൽ, complex circuit à´•à´³ുà´Ÿെ à´•ാà´°്യത്à´¤ിൽ Kirchoff's law ആണ് ഉപയോà´—ിà´•്à´•ുà´¨്നത്. à´Žà´¨്à´¨ാൽ, Kirchoff's law ഉപയോà´—ിà´š്à´šുà´³്à´³ à´ª0à´¨ം à´¦ൈർഘ്യമേà´±ിയതും à´•à´ ിനവുà´®ായതിà´¨ാൽ, à´•ൂà´Ÿുതൽ ലളിതവൽക്à´•à´°ിà´•്à´•à´ª്à´ªെà´Ÿ്à´Ÿ à´¤ിയറമുകൾ ഉപയോà´—ിà´š്à´š് complex circuit analysis നടത്à´¤ുà´•à´¯ാà´£് à´šെà´¯്à´¤് à´ªോà´•ുà´¨്നത്. à´…à´¤ിൽ, two terminal linear networks à´¨െ ലളിതവൽക്à´•à´°ിà´š്à´š് à´’à´°ു equivalent Circuit ആക്à´•ുà´•à´¯ും à´…à´¤ുവഴി à´† network à´¨െ à´ª0à´¨ à´µിà´§േയമാà´•്à´•ുà´•à´¯ും à´šെà´¯്à´¯ുà´¨്നതിà´¨ാà´¯ി Thevenin's theorem ഉപയോà´—à´ª്à´ªെà´Ÿുà´¤്à´¤ുà´¨്à´¨ു.
